The seminar will be held Wednesday, September 12th from 5:30-7PM at the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors office at 625 S. Lincoln Ave.
The seminar will be free with each attendee receiving a complimentary Home Buyer’s guide. A few of the discussion topics include: the pre-qualifying process, loan programs, what is negotiable, contract due diligence process, total costs of purchasing, how to submit an offer, and cost of waiting.
