Colorado Group Realty was thrilled to present Routt County United Way and the Tread of Pioneers Museum with two separate checks on Harvey’s Huddle following the 12th Annual Parade of Homes. Through ticket sales and sponsorships, $12,500 was donated to Routt County United Way and $2,500 was donated to Tread of Pioneers.

“We are thrilled to be the recipient of this year’s Parade of Homes and Colorado Group Realty was stellar to work with throughout the entire event,” said Kate Nowak, Executive Director of Routt County United Way. “This contribution will go a long way in making a difference in children and adult lives. We are so grateful for our partnership with Colorado Group Realty.”

This year, of the six homes, the historic Crawford home was featured. “Having this additional piece of history on the tour was super cool; we were able to draw in a different crowd than we normally do,” said Kara Larrabee, Marketing Director at Colorado Group Realty. “We had folks buying tickets up until 3:30 and the event ended at 4 – they were buying tickets solely to view the Crawford home!” she added. 

“We are so grateful for all that the CGR Charitable Foundation does for this community and for the museum,” said Tread of Pioneers Director, Candice Bannister. “The Foundation’s generosity shows you where this company’s heart is—in bettering our community. Being a part of the Parade of Homes made it possible for us to share this incredible historical resource, the historic Crawford home, with the community, and the donation will help us continue our work to preserve, share and celebrate the rich history and heritage of the Yampa Valley.”
