The 2019 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes, presented by Colorado Group Realty, took place on Aug. 10th. The parade has become a popular annual Steamboat event that donates all of the proceeds to a different beneficiary each year and allows the public to vote for their favorite home.
The Anglers Ridge Estate home, owned by Kathy and Scott Schroeder, was voted the 2019 “Steamboat Springs Home of the Year”. This home was beautifully remodeled by contractor Marc Fraioli with AH&L, with interior design by Robin Campbell and furniture by Olivia’s Home Furnishings.
The Parade of Homes saw more than 600 parade-goers. Participants were able to experience a slice of mountain living and the different residences represented a variety of styles exhibited in mountain homebuilding.
