The 2018 Steamboat Springs Parade of Homes, presented by Colorado Group Realty, took place on Aug. 11thand provided an opportunity to visit six unique properties located from Marabou Ranch all the way to Catamount Lake.
After the tour, parade-goers voted for their favorite home. The Fish Creek Falls home, sponsored by Grove Mountain Properties, was voted the 2018 “Steamboat Springs Home of the Year”.
“Grove Mountain Properties was honored to be included in this event, and we are so proud of our team and all the incredible craftsmen that were a part of the project,” said Rob Taylor, head of Construction at Grove Mountain Properties. “Our objective is to build high quality, livable spaces that fit our clients’ needs, and we think this home was a perfect example of this goal.”
The Parade of Homes saw more than 500 parade-goers. Participants were able to experience a slice of mountain living and history not usually seen by the public, and the different residences represented a variety of styles exhibited in mountain homebuilding.
