Steamboat’s Free Winter Transit Routes Begin on December 1st

Seven dedicated routes for the winter season begin this Sunday, December 1st and run through the end of the 19/20 ski season on April 12th. New for this winter is a route that adds three daily departures from Steamboat to Craig, $6 per way.

“The transit service moves more than 1 million riders each year and logs more than 620,000 annual miles from a pool of 40 full-time and seasonal drivers, with 15 transit buses, four regional buses and one curb-to-curb paratransit shuttle.” Read the full article here.
