Sunlight Neighborhood – Set at the edge of downtown Steamboat, Sunlight blends seclusion and accessibility on a 54-acre parcel of land, surrounded by green space and epic views. Construction in this 92 home neighborhood is in full swing with many residents already moved in. When finished, the neighborhood will have 86 single family and six duplex homes. Lot prices range from $184K to $305K and 16 lots remain available for purchase. There are currently six single family homes listed for sale with many others in various stages of construction. Alpenglow Village will consist of 12 one-bedroom, 36 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom units. The rental apartments will be offered to households earning 60% or less of the local median income, with up to 24 units available to households earning up to 120% of local median income.
Fox Springs – Fox Springs is a 50-home development on Hilltop Parkway, which is scheduled for completion in 2021. Six contemporary, three-story buildings are positioned around a circular drive with views to Mount Werner. Each unit offers approximately 1,000 SF of living space and a private deck. Most of the two bedroom, two-bath homes come with a two-car garage. Prices range from $415K to $475K per unit.
Steamboat Lofts at Riverside – Located on the west side of town, Steamboat Lofts offers six residential units and five office spaces. One-bedroom condos have 618 SF of living space, while the two-bedroom units have 1,147 SF. Three units are still available with prices starting at $395K. Only one of the seven heated one-car garages remains available. Each residential property comes with a gas fireplace, gas cooking and air conditioning.
