The secluded 54-acre parcel accessed via Indian Trails Road affords uninterrupted views of Emerald Mountain and Storm Peak. Out of the first 50 lots that were released, only three remain unsold. Phase Two just hit the market with 24 single-family home lots available, starting at $184,000. Phase Three, due to be sold in 2019, will bring the total lots to 92 homes.
